LOL i was te one who asked this soalan and i agree with u sweeney pie it looks like they took parts from the old one and put them in the new one and they just made it with different actors!! im sorry but i do not think they should make a remake i am sure it is going to suck there is no way it can come near matching the original!! i think that the new generation is going to think of this new remake when they think of a nightmare on elm jalan which is sad because i am almost positive that this one is going to suck!! if only people could appreciate the original and not lessen it sejak remaking it!!
It looks AWESOME!! I don't wanna offend anybody, but honestly, I think it looks better than the original...and I hate that people aren't giving it a chance, please watch it before anda bash it...

1.) They stripped Freddy off of his essence. He's not a child murdere in that remake.
2. The script is FULL of teenage cliche events and what's even worse...
3. The teenagers keep stating the obvious. That is the most infuriating thing a character can do and they keep fucking saying it over and over again!!!! FUCK!!!

+++ It's not even Freddy in it, hence the reason number 1, but still - if only it was Robert Englund in the role, it might save something.
I hate that movie already. It's gonna take a miracle for it to entertain me in any way.
Damn, it was so bad that I walked out in the middle of the movie. 1) Freddy is not Freddy when it is someone other than Robert. 2) This... New Freddy is completely boring and looks ridiculous. He kills as soon as he can instead of toying around with them. And he frowns too much! Original Freddy had a grin half the time!! 3) No. Just, no.
