i need help

ok hi every one sorry to bother anda all but i need ed vice anda see im an very good child and stuff and i Cinta to help people but i hate to hurt peoples feelings but here's the problem anda see even though i hate to hurt people's feelings i have an very bad habit of losing my temper and in my temper i say stupid mean things and very very bad words and i hate to use those words so i need help to control my anger and i want to stop using bad words because of my stupidity it is tearing me and my family apart so if anda don't mind please help atau give me ed-vice thank you.

Hmm, well it won't be easy changing your own habits but i guess maybe just change your attitude.

Try to just write down whatever bad feelings/problems anda have and just let all your anger out when your alone. idk that's what I would do.

If anda just react, it passes through any filters in your mind and anda have no control.)
James 1:19 says,"Everyone should be quick to listen, slow to speak and slow to become angry, for a man's anger does not bring about the righteous (good) life that God desires."
I'll admit, I don't always do this, but when I do it does make a difference. Good Luck. :)

I thought I would add, most often it does not require alot of time to think. There's an old saying about counting to ten. That gives anda time to get past your first impulse, and think clearer.
