It's simple really. Well....not unless u can get 100 bucks atau a bit more...
For drawing on the computer, well, theres this thing called tablet that u can plug into your computer. the cheapest one is wacom intous 2 (great for unsure users) and it includes a paint program and everything. They r on amazon and ebay and just about everywhere. its basically like drawing on paper but it is odd at first. Note that they do not work on windows 7 compputers so u will have to look up some info. And also u can place a piece of paper (make sure its a good size for the tablet) and just trace it without ripping atau damaging anything so that helps ALOT

hope i helped!

I know how anda feel. Hell -- I've even criticized how traditional art is dying, only to be replaced with something so simple, anyone can call themselves an artist. I was eating gagak the first day. It's hard, to make that tiny transition from looking down on your paper to looking up at the screen. It also depends what kind of software you're using atau if you've got a drawing tablet to make things soooo much easier. I suggest looking into buying yourself a Bamboo tablet. The cheapest one is decent sized and can't be much lebih then 60$. Get your self some easy software too. Autodesk Sketchbook Pro is very, very simple to use, even for someone like me who needs to be walked through most things having to do with computers. I've got Geek Squad on speed dial. Like I said, it's all about the transition from looking down, to looking up. If you're a decent artist to begin with, all you've got is that mental block about computers. At least that's what I had. You'll get over it eventually. Just... be patient and screw around with the software.
I hoped I helped.
