Help for me and my friend!!

OK, there is this guy in my class (he's name is Oisin) and i really really really like him. He is like my best friend, he tells me everything. At the monent he's going a really hard time. His parnts slit up. His mum lives in Ireland and dad in England. Then theres this other girl in my class, Lola, shes really cool but Oisin and Lola were going out for like 4 weeks, then Lola broke up with him and he cryed for like 5 hours. Then 2 days later then they were back together and the seterusnya day... well anda can guess what she did:(. I really want to ask him out but I can't, well not now. Can anda give me Nasihat to help him? Oh, I forgot I went out with him before.
