I really need advicee! pleasee!

i really want to go on a diet to lose weight...not a major one i know i dont need that i just want to lose 10 pounds . I'm 115 i want to go down to 105. but i know i can't do it alone. i want my mom to help me but i'm embarrased to talk to her about it, and i don't know what to do. any advice?

Some things that could help anda out here:
1.) Take frequent walks, usually up to a half an jam atau more. anda can always build up the minit hari sejak day.
2.) Eat lebih frequently, but in smaller portions.
3.) Let someone make your plate for you. What anda have on your plate is what anda get; no need to go for seconds.
4.) Eat foods that are high in water, such as tomatoes, cucumbers, etc. Other foods such as cabbage can fill anda up too, but won't add a pound.
5.) How anda feel about yourself is also a big factor, but not a lot of people see it that way. Stay confident and happy, and no matter what your weight is, be satisfied with who anda are. Nothing should change the way of how anda view yourself.
6.) If anda don't want to do it alone, anda don't have to. Ask some Friends to help anda out; often doing things with someone will take your mind off of it, and then it'll seem much lebih fun (and less like something anda HAVE to do).
7.) Really really really important: DRINK A LOT OF WATER. Water is always good for the body, but anda don't have to follow the "eight cups a day" rule. Who berkata anda had to do that? Forget about it and just drink as much water as anda want. If anda just want a cup atau two a day, then go ahead. At least have one, and that's all that I'd suggest -- and ask for.
8.) anda could try exercising, but there's a difference between that and dieting: exercising = building muscle and losing some fat, but dieting = losing lebih weight than that of working out.

Why would anda want to loose weight? anda sound perfectly healthy and skinny to me. I weigh 116, and i'm the skinniest out of all of my friends.

But, if anda really want to, just tell your mom that anda want to have a lebih healthy variety of Makanan and to go on walks atau something similar.

you're 13 i am not good with pounds(as i use kg) but i know that i am about 119(which is like 54kg) and i am 17. So for a 13 tahun old that's a pretty good weight, seriously anda don't want to be a stick. I know anda will probably say 'how would anda know' atau something like that because i have always wanted to be thinner.
But anyways if anda realy want to then i suggest exercising..(a lot) and cutting down on unhealthly foods(once is okay..but all the time is not good)
