*One tahun After Alpha School*

"Shadow, get up Shadow!" I awoke to Troy yelling at me.
"What is it? It must only be a bit after sunrise." I got up groggy from last night's patrol on the border to find Troy at my dens entrance blocking the sunlight.
"It's Victor, he wants to go to the Southern Pack to issue a final peace meet with it's pack leader, and I thought anda could use a break from border patrol..." He turned towards Victor's den when I had exited mine.
"Alright, sounds like fun. When is it?" Troy looked at me then started trotting over towards his den, "It's right now? Well gee thanks for the early notice Troy."
"Hey, maybe you'll finally find a mate while your there." I glared at Troy while we got to the entrance of Victor's den." What?"
"Alpha Victor?" I called into the den ignoring Troy for the moment, Victor came out soon after and had us walk with him towards the Southern Border. We soon approached the Southern Packs territory and crossed seeing a few Serigala on the other side. Victor greeted the other pack leader and they moved towards a den sejak themselves.
"Shadow?" I turned to see a beautiful charcoal furred female serigala, wolf which, somehow, looked familiar... "Shadow? It's Scar, do anda remember me?" The name Scar is the name that clicked, my Alpha School 'crush'.
"Scar? Yeah, of coarse, from Alpha School."
"Yeah, wow it's been so long," she hugged me happy to see me again," Come on, lets take a little walk." I turned back to Troy and was met with a nod. Scar and I started to walk through the nearby forest.
"You know, anda look better than anda did in Alpha School..." I walked parallel to her, hazing at her. She gave a light laugh.
"Thanks, anda got lebih handsome too Shadow." She blushed saying this, we soon were talking about Alpha school and how things were back then.

"Zack, what's your opinion on how we can bring peace between our packs?" Victor sat down tilting his head slightly.
"We need a marriage... A solid bond between our packs." Zack sat down as well waiting for an answer.
"My daughters already mated Zack." Victor shook his head,
"But mine isn't..." Zack looked at Victor,"Those young Alphas anda brought with anda look fairly fit."
"Zack, Troy is already mated and I'm not sure if Shadow would make for the best family wolf..." Victor felt doubtful it would work but he couldn't think of any other serigala, wolf without a mate. With a sigh he gave into the idea. "Okay, it's a deal." Victor got up and walked out of the den with Zack, he looked around for Shadow but didn't see him. "Troy, where's Shadow?"
"Shadow? He went off with some serigala, wolf names Scar, oh look there they are." Troy pointed to us as we came out of the forest not far away.

I looked up towards Troy to see Alpha Victor and and the Southern Pack leader, Zack which approached us.
"Scar what were anda doing with him? It doesn't matter, anda are to be married with him within the week..."
"What?" We both berkata at the same time not believing we heard those words.
"Sorry Shadow, it's the only way to unite the packs..." Victor berkata as he also approached us. "Look, your the only one, of age, in the pack who doesn't have a mate, plus your a pretty handsome serigala, wolf for your age..."
"That's why anda brought me along?"
"No, Troy's the one who wanted to bring you."
"Actually, I think the ceremony should be tomorrow, and you'll have to live in our territory." Zack motioned for us to follow as Victor berkata goodbye and left.
