Did anyone see this animated movie before?

I saw this The Scarecrow a few years lalu on TV. It was about this orphan girl who falls for a scarecrow that comes to life sejak some Enchanted witch. When the scarecrow comes to life he wishes to become human(not Enchanted style atau Who framed roger rabbit style like in Shrek 2 with Shrek wanting to become human so that he would make Fiona happy)so the Enchanted witch gives him this magic feather that he has to wear on his hat so that people will see him as a human but he has to avoid mirrors as people will see him as a scarecrow.

It was a cute animated movie. Has anyone seen this and if yes did anda like it. I telah diposkan out a video of the film I am talking about.
