I don't know this Anime character's real name, but I use the picture for my role play character simply known as Tetsu, the navigator of the B-17 bomber.
Hm... I think the prettiest has to be Isuzu "Rin" Sohma from Fruits Basket. She may not have been in the anime, but still... (Also, Kimi Toudou from Fruits Basket is also pretty, but I didn't choose her because she's kind of annoying)
