"Monster" has 74 episodes, all have been dubbed. It is psychological, suspense/thriller, historical, murder, stuff like that.
It's about a Japanese surgeon named Tenma, he lives in Germany during the 1980s. One hari he makes the decision to save a young German boy's life (Who got shot in the head) sejak performing surgery on the kid, since he's the best surgeon at the hospital. His boss told him to perform surgery on the mayor, just because the mayor's rich and shit like that, but Tenma refuses and decides to save the young boy first. I mean c'mon, the boy is like 10 and the mayor is very old, ALSO the boy got to the hospital first, so it's only natural to save him first, right?
Wrong.
10 years later, and after a few mysterious events (such as Tenma's boss and a couple colleagues all being poisoned, and the boy and his twin sister disappearing from the hospital) Tenma encounters this young boy again. This time, however, the boy kills a suspect who was working for him. He kills the man right in front of Tenma. And the entire city thinks Tenma is the murderer, because of his suspicious behavior and lack of evidence.
Thus, begins Tenma's journey in clearing his name, running from the Federal Government of Germany, and solving all the mysteries of the boy's (who is now a young man) past. This boy's name?
