Not really as much Anime as a American cartoon designed to looks like an anime; like Teen Titans. They were both MADE to LOOK like anime, but actually weren't. :)

It's american made (like Avatar as well as Teen Titans)..that's funny because Hi Hi Puffy Ami Yumi if I recall sang the Teen Titans theme song. oh and therefore it can't be Anime even though it most likely was based off Anime and even has some Japanese names..it's not an Anime if it's not made in Jepun and not dubbed into english and others languages..anime are made in Jepun (the original version is Japanese) and it's dubbed into different languages.
