Vampire Knight is a good one, too. It's a bit darker, though. It's another one that the Manga goes deeper into, but the Anime covered most of it from what I can see. But they dragged the first book out for like 4 episodes... it's like that with most Anime but the way Vampire Knight was written, it was made to be very fast-paced.
