How do anda sertai a Fanpop club?

How do I sertai this Anime club? There is no button saying sertai club, sertai this,etc. When anda find the club and browse it does it get added to your joined Kelab on your profile? Because I have visited the club and nothing appears on my profile. Can anda sertai only one club atau can anda sertai as many as anda want?

anda have to actually sertai the club to see it on your profile.

anda can sertai as many Kelab as anda want.
