Actually suprized with my turn out, I thought it'd be closer to 50/50. But looks like I only have 8 characters who are my favorite and also the one I find most attractive.

Its more like I feel more attracted to the personalities than looks, but there are exceptions. So its 50/50.

IamKyon: Same, reason I thought there would be more. I like characters for their characters, personality and story. And that's also how I get crushes on them or find them attractive. But I guess I have more favorite female characters then I thought I did.

Ummmm so far yes. I usually go for characters who are super sweet and shy, smart and serious or a plain psycho. And somehow they usually turn out beautiful. Plus I usually watch animes with well drawn art, so no one "ugly" there X3

Also actually not in Hetalia, my favorite so far is Russia and I find America most attractive.

I'd say it's probably more like 60/40. Most of my favorite characters are female. I'm more attracted to personality than looks though. I base my favorites off of their personality and character, but I'm not attracted to guys. My favorite male characters are ones whom I respect and want to be more like.

i'd say my favorite character is often the most endearing one, who may be particularly cute or funny, not necessarily the most attractive one. but a good chunk of the time it is the most attractive one. it also might be a rare male character who is particularly awesome.

My favourites are those who attract my interest. And it can be numerous things such as both personality and appearance xP Personalities are attractive. Looks are attractive.

Good question! well I completely agree with Dewheart on this,it's the same thing for me too.

Most of the time, my favorite characters are characters I can relate to or the characters I find the most intriguing/important to the series.
There are some cases where my favorite character is the one I find to be the most attractive in personality/looks).
