Where can I find the A.N.Jell Phone Charms???

I own one the Jeremy one but i can't find them anymore. I want to buy it for a friend as a sweet sixteen gift. PLEASE HELP ME!!!! Her birthday is on July 10th so I'm on a deadline. I need to know asap plz!!!!!!!
