Rock & Roll

Location: Ogden, Utah
Nikki enjoys seeing all the beautiful scenery around the railway she works on, and knows them very well.
Nikki: *Driving train sejak some trees*
Anthony: *Passing Nikki's train on the other track*
Nikki: *Blows the whistle on her engine*
Anthony: *Blows horn on his engine*
Further up the line, Nikki stopped at a red signal. He saw Ryan working on the track to the left of her train.
Nikki: *Opens window in the cab of her engine*
Ryan: *Finishes work, then looks at Nikki* Hi.
Nikki: anda know, if I didn't remember any of the scenery around here, I'd say I was on a different railroad. anda did really good repairing the track while I was away.
Ryan: I was hoping anda would say that. Our CEO said, "Ryan. Nikki is coming back soon. Let's fix the track so well that she won't know where she is." And we did, and anda didn't. If anda take my meaning.
Nikki: *Giggles* I like anda Ryan.
Ryan: I like anda too.
Nikki: *Sees the signal change to green* Well, I'm off. *Blows whistle on her engine as she drives away*
seterusnya morning, Nikki, and Ryan met up at the station as they were about to start their work.
Ryan: There's one bad bit on our line that we didn't get to work yet. It's near Cheyenne.
Nikki: But anda still did good fixing the rest of the line.
Ryan: I know, but the section near Cheyenne is too bad for any trains to go fast. Anypony driving their trains have to go slow.
Nikki: I'll remember that.
Ryan: I know anda will, but I'm worried about some of the ponies that won't go slow, especially Donut. He'll listen to his rock & roll, go too fast, and wham, end up derailing his train, and having it lay on it's side in some ditch.
Donut: *Arrives*
Ryan: I'll warn him to be careful, but I don't think he'll listen.
Donut: What's that about me?! I'm a plain pony, and I believe in plain speaking. Speak up!!
Ryan: There's a section of track that needs to be repaired, and if anda go too fast, anda could crash.
Donut: Hmpf. I don't need some dumb pegasus kuda, kuda kecil telling me how to do my goddamn job. Up yours. *Walks away*
Ryan: He hurt my feelings.
Nikki: Forget about him. If he's going to hurt your feelings, then what's the point with dealing with him?
Donut got in a diesel, and roughly bumped into five coaches. Then, he started heading Eastbound. He had to stop at Cheyenne to exchange some passengers with another train from the Union Pacific. The engineer for the U.P train was Gordon, and was impatiently waiting on the platform.
Donut: *Stops train at station*
Gordon: *Carrying five stones, and throws one at the window*
Donut: *Ignores Gordon*
Gordon: *Throws another stone at the window*
Donut: *Still ignoring Gordon*
Gordon: *Breaks the window on Donut's engine with the third stone*
Donut: Ugh! What?!
Gorodn: You're late!
Donut: I know. It's that stupid pegasi's fault. Ryan thinks he can teach me how to keep my train on the tracks, and then he leaves me to collect my own train.
Gordon: anda poor pony. I know all about Pegasus ponies. One showed up on our line, and ordered us about.
Stylo: *Passing sejak in a freight train*
Gordon: I soon sent him packing.
Donut was filled with admiration, but he didn't know that Gordon was one of the biggest liars in all of Equestria, and sometimes didn't tell the truth.
After departing from the station, Donut was heading back to Ogden.
Donut: Send Ryan packing. Send Ryan packing. This is making me so excited that I could play some Rock & Roll.

Right when the song ended, Donut's train derailed.
Donut: How is this possible? I derailed my train! It must have been on that section of track Ryan warned me about.
And it was.
Word spread around the Southern Pacific about Donut crashing his train. At the station in Ogden, Ryan was sitting on a bench when Nikki, and Michael told him about it.
Ryan: I warned him, but all he did was call me names.
Michael: Aren't anda going to save him?
Ryan: Nope. He obviously doesn't need my help.
Nikki: I'm not happy with what you're saying. Think of the passengers on his train. What are they going to do?
Ryan: Oh, I forgot about them. You're right Nikki, I gotta help them.
So, Ryan got in an engine, coupled up to a breakdown train, and went to Donut's rescue.
Speaking of Donut, he realized about the situation he was in, and how it was serious.
Donut: Oh dear. How could I have been so careless? I forgot to bring records with songs sejak Chuck Berry.
Passenger: Will anda stop complaining about your Rock & Roll collection? Aren't anda worried about crashing this train?
Donut: I am, because Ryan is going to accuse the Rock & Roll I listen to, and make fun of me.
Ryan: *Arrives*
Donut: Oh boy.
Ryan: *Gets out of train, and walks towards Donut* Okay, what happened?
Donut: I crashed.
Ryan: Yes, I can see that. How did anda crash?
Donut: Because anda weren't doing your job.
Ryan: I wanted to fix this section of track, but I didn't get to. I warned anda not to go fast, but anda didn't listen. Now, what caused anda to go too fast?
Donut: Why are anda treating me like a baby?
Ryan: Because you're an idiot. Why were going too fast?
Donut: Ugh, it was the Rock & Roll music.
Ryan: Now, that wasn't hard, was it?
Donut: no.
Ryan: What? anda gonna cry, and hug me?
Donut: I was about to. How did anda know that?
Ryan: It's what many ponies do when they end up in situations that anda were in.
After talking to Donut, Ryan got his train seterusnya to Donut's train, and the workers used the cranes to lift the engine back onto the rails.
After that, Donut continued on his way to Ogden, with Ryan following behind him. When they finished their work, Donut, and Ryan spoke to each other inside the station.
Donut: Ryan, thank anda for helping me.
Ryan: No problem.
Donut: I wish all ponies were as kind as you. Let's be friends.
Ryan: Suits me. We'll mend that bad bit of line first thing tomorrow morning.
