what is the episode that katara blood bends?

i was waching an episode of Avatar and then i saw that blood bending wasnt made up.i was taking a sip of water when i hered "congradulations katara,your a blood bender."i nearly choked when i hered that she actualy did it.i only got to see a little bit of that episode so i want to know the name of it so i can see whatelse happened.

Water benders can only blood bend during a full moon when their powers are greatest. They basically bend the liquid in your blood so they can make anda do whatever they want. And she's worried because once anda know something anda can't unknow it and it will always be a temptation.

why would she be in the saat book? we didnt see her till the 3rd. makes no sense. and katara needs some Cinta in her life, i like jet
