if i hadn't already known that angel was a vampire i would have probably picked the first one but i honestly didn't see the spike and buffy kiss coming

it was just a shock and a great episode love it!

When Buffy and Angel first kiss, he turns into a vampire and totally freaks her shit out. On the other hand, Buffy and Spike's first kiss was done in the romantic style of an old Hollywood movie. Even if you prefer Bangel to Spuffy, you have to give it up for the Spuffy kiss.

Their scene before with the kiss was so cute. I was smiling. I know the vampire shit is freaky, but I thought that was a good add on.

spuffy's first kiss was when buffy was thanking him for not giving up dawn to glory when she was beating him. although they weren't making out, it was a kiss! anyways i thought it was really sweet, maybe better than the one in once more with feeling.

It was cool because the music led up to it. I just loved that kiss, it was like their past had been forgotten and everything was just laid out on the table.

This kiss was amazing, and the scene before it was so sweet and funny, with the tension building between them and the almost tentative way they moved towards each other... It was perfect, full of hope and romance and just so damn sweet!! Haha and I was so shocked with the Vamp thing, it was a brilliant twist! I love that whole episode.

Once More with Feeling is a brilliant episode, I love it, but the kiss at the end made me so angry when I first saw it! Haha I came around later though, but still... I love the music and the whole episode, but the kiss felt unreal and kind of hollow because of the spell and I found it sad rather than hot/sweet/amazing etc because it was such a desperate act and wasn't motivated by any feelings on Buffy's side, so I felt kind of bad for Spike. Not that he was complaining of course!

one of my favorite television kisses!!! it's so sweet and so hot at the same time. i love the way angel touches her face and then her arm and then puts his arm around her neck...and it's just so passionate and so adorable! and i love the flirty banter when they are both babbling right before the kiss because they are both so nervous.

and finding out that he was a vampire right after the kiss...it was perfect! it was such a classic buffy the vampire slayer scene. have something completely passionate and incredibly sweet, and end with a heart break! this moment was so important to the show and explained so much about the divide between vampires and slayers- or how the divider often blurrs. before this moment everything was so clear....slayers kill vampires. but this was the moment when EVERYTHING changed....buffy found a vampire with a soul that was in love with her and that she was falling in love with....she chose not to kill angel but to date him. which then led to understanding that not every demon is evil....this allowed for oz to become a werewolf and for buffy not to kill him, for willow to be a witch but to be a "good" witch, and for anya to be an ex-demon and still be viewed as human and part of the group, and for spike to be part of the scooby gang even before he got his soul back.

the fact that buffy found out angel was a vampire from their first expression of love towards one another....ITS GENIUS!! and then later on for buffy to find out just how evil a vampire angel can be from their most important expression of love--- this is why i love the show!!

spike and buffy's kiss in OMWF was good....i liked their first kiss in intervention much mre (that's a spuffy moment i really like!)....but neither of those kisses do i find to be as pivotal a moment as bangel's first kiss...and neither of those kisses made me as excited as much as bangel's first kiss!

OMG spike and buffy look like they are going to eat each other they are so into that AMAZINGLY HOT!!! Smooch!!!! Bangel's kiss still makes me smile like an idiot - but Spuffy has so much fire it still turns me on and i've seen it 20X times.

Well although their kiss in Once More With Feeling was awesome,
it was not their first kiss. And I'm not talking about Something Blue where they were under a spell; but at the end of Intervention when Buffy went into Spike's crypt and pretended to be Buffybot that's when their real first kiss was. And it was a perfect first kiss much more meaningful than her and Angel's first kiss. I think it was then that she first realized she had feelings for Spike (although she didn't admit it) and kissed him.

Debs he wasn't even in vamp face; why would it hurt? This kiss was like textbook perfect. It started out sweet with a little peck and then got passionate with full-on tongue. The mood was right, and Angel was so sweet in revealing that he desperately wanted to kiss Buffy. His turning into a vampire was just icing on the cake. It's like and the story is set...

It was done in a musical episode! Nothing beats that.

I am Bangel and Spuffy fan, but being freaked out because the other person is vampire tends to ruin the kiss.
