i once had it for 2 months straight! and it was really heavy! I went to the doctor and found out that something with the ovarie was screwed up... it's better now. In fact i haven't had it for almost a month:)

OMG I HATE IT! I'm on it now and i wanna cry i'm in that much pain, there's always an advert for periods on the telly for sanitary towels and it's like "have a happy period..always" I'm like fuck off, HAVE A HAPPY PERIOD?! LOL :'D

I used to hate it! I thought the world was going to come to an end whenever I first got it, and I was so mad when I found out guys don't get them. I guess I'm use to them now. It still sucks when you can't swim in the summer during that time, and everything but its not horrible.

I'm only sad that I don't get the swim. My parents were planning a cruise right when I knew I would have my period, but luckily they changed it (: I have no pains at all though. I never had cramps before.

Personally, I don't mind it that much. Mine are really light and only last for a couple days, and it doesn't hurt at all. The one thing I don't like is when you get it in the middle of the night and wake up feeling gross. Other than that, it's not that bad.
It still sucks that only girls get it, though.

not when i'm taking my birth control right...but when i'm not....HELL YES. Once I tried to go off my BC but when I did I started getting my period every 2 weeks or so and they would last 10 days and be REALLY heavy. I became anemic and couldn't function in university. I had no choice but to go back on them. I fear for the day I'm ready to try for a baby and try to go off them. It's going to be HELL.

You get cramps, you always have to go to the bathroom, it smells like shit, and it can get messy.
