Zanhars competition update; they put me in the 500 (20 lap) swim. I have cramps the two dont mix well. I also didn't have a counter. I managed to find one at the last second. Ironically on lap 13 she screwed up the counting she didn't count the thirteenth lap and they thought I had another lapto do. They took the board from her and when she got it back instead of putting the hay your done sign in she put lap 63!
