I think Nate & Blair loved each other but I don't think it was enough. They're both meant for other people...and once they let that have a chance there was no point in them trying to be together. Chuck and Blair are meant to be...Blair could never be completely satisfied by Nate.

Blair needs A LOT of attention, and nate is only really ready to give it to her if she isnt his girlfriend, which seems to be why he likes her again after theyve broken up, caus he doesnt get her full attention... complicated...
