Honestly, if tickling someone of their own sex, even while naked, is a signal that someone is gay, then there would be a lot lebih gay characters in various anime. Also, considering the massive number of confusing actions that take place, in series like Bleach, this ranks pretty low on the weird and sexually suggestive scale.
