Bleach Anime Soalan

Is anyone else really annoyed sejak the almost complete lack of death among good main characters in Bleach?

So, if I'm ignoring spoilers (don't worry, I'll get to those at the bottom, but I want to include everyone in this conversation), I think we can all agree that Kubo has pretty much kept every major "good" character alive, as well as many minor characters of that same genera. I hope I'm not alone in thinking that this is making the series far worse as a result. I'd say there's something definitely Lost when a series goes to these lengths to keep its characters alive. We've seen characters survive injuries and blood loss that boggles the mind, and while that's fine on the whole, it seems that the only ones who end up surviving these are on the good side of the fence. How many Espada walked away from the fight with Soul Society? At best, 2, and that's not even guaranteed. All of the rest are confirmed dead. Yet many of the members of Soul Society took similar injuries and live to fight another day. Momo is probably the single best example, since she's been on the verge of death so often that I wonder how she has the strength to stand. I get the whole "good guys win" mentality, but this is just patently absurd.

SPOILERS BELOW THIS, DO NOT READ IF anda ARE NOT CAUGHT UP WITH THE MANGA

I know what some of anda are saying. Yamamoto just died. Yes, I saw it, I know he died. Realize that, so far, he's the only casualty among the captains and vice captains of Soul Society, at least to our knowledge. In this last manga, they went out of their way to mention that, oh yeah, Byakuya's death didn't actually happen (remember how the Manga made it pretty overt that he was dead? Another cop out), and to let us know that Kenpachi lives to fight another day. Kira may be dead, but I'm pretty sure he'll survive this as well. They made a point of telling us about the expansive numbers dead, and yet the only face we can put to them is the Captain Commander's. Don't get me wrong, it was a good death in a lot of ways, and it hit hard, especially after seeing his full capa

bilities. But it's not enough. We've been through two wars, each of which was supposed to exact a tremendous toll on Soul Society. Yamamoto's death is huge, but it's hardly the toll we were told to expect.

And I realize this is a bit of a rant, but it's been a long time coming. If Kubo wants Bleach to be a truly memorable series, he needs to do lebih than just have bloody fights.

No. And I'm really glad and excited the fact that both Byakuya & Kenpachi are alive (for now). CC's death alone is enough to make a mess in SS.

The Captain Commander's death was a big deal, but consider the fact that he's the only significant death in Soul Society, after 2 major wars. I guess I wouldn't have such a problem with Byakuya's being alive if not for the fact that Kubo included "RIP" in the manga, blatantly referring to him. I get that they're both good characters (two of my favorites, actually), but Kubo is essentially treating everyone as sacred cows. In the process, he's taking the sting out of losing fights, and also making them far lebih predictable. There's definitely something Lost when the chances of someone dying are practically 0, no matter their injuries.

I was devastated when he was severely injured and his bankai was stolen. And I had to accept the fact he’s dying soon when he was saying his "last words" to Ichigo. I think his “last words” to Ichigo may means something bigger later. For example, when gin is leaving SS, he apologized to Rangiku. I thought he apologized because he betrayed SS and her. But in the end, he was apologizing because he did not managed to protect & prevent Rangiku from Aizen. T_T As for Kenpachi, I didn’t not think he will die easily, as he’s a very tough person, seeing his past fights. He can endure many injuries and walk away easily.

...I think you're missing my point.

I totally see where anda are getting at. If you're gonna take down the Head Captain take another captain atau two with them. I was all ready to suck it up that Byakuya and Kenpachi had died. Even Renji too, even though I Cinta him!
I think Kira is dead, if he isn't I'm shocked.
But for only Yamamoto and Sasakibe to die in the first wave of this big battle seems a bit silly.
I at least want to see everybody's Banki before he kills them off, if he does.

I agree completely, but what I don't understand is how Byakuya can be alive after his zanpakutou DISINTEGRATED !! And I'm pretty sure that doesn't happen unless anda die (Aizen is exempt from this rule).
As for Kenpachi he didn't really look dead, just beaten XD

In my opinion Byakuya, Renji, Rukia, Hisagi and Kira (if he's still alive) should've died in the massacre...

Oh believe me, if Kenpachi had died, I would have been upset - Juhabach even berkata he didn't want him dead. But I agree, Byakuya should have died. At the very least, he should have been a casualty. I can understand keeping Renji and Rukia alive to a degree, Hisagi wasn't in bad shape, and Kira is probably the saat likeliest dead behind Byakuya. It felt like Kubo was really changing the game in this season, but so far, he's doing almost exactly what he's always done.

well i am not shock(anymore) that byakuya has made it because i knew he wasnt gonna die. Kenpachi made it now i am shock because i thought he was gonna die. Well the only good guys that has died were the captain and his vice captain from divison 1. Byakuya and kenpachi will not be back to their captain stuff for a while. Well tite doesnt want to kill off much of the good guys for some reason maybe because he doesnt want to upset the fans. Im not gonna judge if its a good thing atau a bad thing to keep his good guys alive and most of his bad guys dead.

I'm still confused as to why Kubo would make every insinuation that Byakuya was dead (including having him give a "dying speech" and Penulisan a large "RIP" on the main page with him bleeding intensely) and then back out at the last second. I get the feeling he did the same with Toshiro when he was cut sejak Halibel, though in that case he saved the character with a brand new ability he pulled out of the bag. Juhabach's clone did clearly state that he wanted Kenpachi to sleep while Soul Society burned, so we were made to believe that he was still alive. Perhaps I'm being overly judgemental, but I view death as one of the few ways for a series to really evolve and change. Bleach has done scant little of that.

well i guess he was either trying to confuse us sejak all the hints of byakuya not been able to make atau he didnt know rather atau not to make byakuya die atau not
