bowser and dry Bones bowser are better in there own way because dry Bones bowser is a better fighter buts he's not very bright and bowser is smarter but a incompetent idiot
...I'm not really for either side of this. Dry Bowser is the result of Bowser falling into lava, and in almost every boss battle, thats how Bowser is beat. So, that makes them both about the same.
