as much as i LOVE dark willow, vampire willow is just so enjoyable is doppelgangland!

Insanely tough choice, I love them both.
Dark Willow was just more engaging for me to watch, because this wasn't an alternate reality, it was really Willow. To see her as a murderous villain was almost as jarring to me as to the characters, lol.
Also there was so much more depth. Even though she was making jokes and almost seemed to be having fun it was all based in her greif.

Yeah a really hard choice but I'm going with Dark Willow.
I'm still thinking this through so bare with me!

I think Dark Willow because she was more of a plot twist and therefore taken more seriously! And like candrani it was still Willow, she had that darkness in her before it came out, she wasn't taken over by a demon like Vamp Willow was.
Also I think that Vamp Willow was quite gimmicky. Don't get me wrong I REALLY LOVE Vamp Willow and I think that the whole idea was amazing and really interesting to see Alyson turn Willow in to something she really wasn't (at that point)!
But I think Dark Willow was more challenging because she still had to be Willow, she was still there just torn up and twisted into something terrible!

i prefer to watch vamp willow....
but i do love dark willow just because seeing how greatly she was affected by her grief over tara's death is soooo incredible (and kind of morbidly romantic)
and i also love when dark willow is rude to buffy and makes fun of buffy....while buffy is one of my favorites and i LOVE her character...she can definitely act a bit self righteous and it was nice seeing dark willow take her down a notch and tell her off.

Love them both though.

I love both of them but hard to choose. So I went with vamp Willow anyways. :)
