I made a link asking if you wanted a fan-of-the-month, and 91% of you voted "yes!" So here it is :)

Rules:
1. I've noticed that when I posted this on the Nina Dobrev spot, that a certain user (I will not use any names) seems to nominate her bestest friends over and over again. So, please, don't nominate somebody just because she's your best friend.
2. Please don't nominate yourself.
3. Nominees have to be Caroline fans.
4. Don't vote for yourself in the pick, as always.

Things to know:
1. Each month will open on the 1st day of that month. "How should we know anything about contributions?": They should be from the end of the previous month, a user that is always active on the spot, or whoever is active on the spot so far.
2. After we have atleast 6-8 nominees, I'll make a pick. But don't worry, I'll give you quite a while to nominate and I'll post it on the spot wall.
3. For August, I will interview the winner. September, whoever August's winner is gets to do the interview. The interview will be posted as an article on the spot.
