Yes, anyone could sertai your club, if sejak that anda mean becoming a peminat of it. It's not possible to restrict any Fanpop user from becoming a peminat of any club on Fanpop. Of course, Kelab aren't owned sejak any particular user, even if that user created the club, so it's not really "your" club any lebih than the Fanpop Users club is "my" club.
