In Shadow Souls, Shinichi says "ou might want to ask Elena what her theories on Camelot are?". In what is he referring to?

My theory is that he refers to the fact that Guinevere was in Cinta with both Arthur and Lancelot. So does Shinichi say that Elena is both in Cinta with Stefan and Damon?

It's actually mentioned earlier in the book. I'm a bit lazy so I don't have the direct quote on hand, but earlier in the book Elena thinks about Camelot and how it seems like the place she went in the after life. I hope that wasn't to vague :P
