We only had one banner submitted so there was no need for a banner pick.

And I am so incredibly pissed to have to report this, but we no longer have spot motto's. X__X. I will be contacting the F4 and requesting they bring this feature back, along with fixing this new banner design scheme, but for now there is no point in worrying about motto's =[
