DDA New Scheme 2017

DDA Housing Scheme 2017 for around 13500 flats will be launched in mid of June. The last housing scheme by DDA was in 2014 for which more than 9 lakh applications were received. The website of DDA was also crashed due to high response but after the draw almost 10000 flat owners surrendered their flats due to various reasons.

DDA is going to put these flats in this year DDA Housing Scheme 2017 and also added 2000 vacant flats. Most of the flats in this year scheme would be one bedroom apartment for LIG category. There will be no flats for EWS category this time.

 DDA is also planning to increase the registration amount this time so that only genuine buyers apply for the scheme. The expected amount of registration money for MIG category would be Rs 5 lakhs and for LIG category it would be around Rs 1.5 lakhs. The DDA Housing Scheme 2017 is open for all citizens of India, A person who is 18 years of age and doesn’t have any house allotted by DDA can apply for he scheme. The procedure of application is also going to be completely online this time to remove queues from DDA’s office.
