Child porn is illegal for other reasons. If we're talking about hentai drawings, it's every website's right to choose what's allowed and not allowed on the site. That's different from the cops coming to arrest you.

there is free speech and illegal like dragonclaws has stated just like the freedom of the press only goes so far and then they can't publish certain things with out crossing the line.

That is child sexual abuse; sexual mistreatment that is often severe against a child. Children are being greatly harmed by this. This is why whether it's against free speech or not doesn't (pardon my language) mean a goddamned thing.

although it's kind of aginst free speech, i do think child porn porn should be outlawed. i'm for freedom of speech up to a certain point. i think racism, pornography(including hentai), pro-rape, and other related topics that cross the line should be outlawed.

Who was it that said "your freedom to extend your arm ends where my nose begins"? It hurts kids. That should be enough and to the few who said YES you should be ashamed.

I hate censorship on many levels so when I vote for censorship it's gotta be pretty bad at least to me. Child porn especially if the child said now is very sick on many levels and encourages child rape if the viewer is that immature.

You would have to jump through quite a few hoops to call this free speech, but let's hypothetically say that porn in general is free speech. This is still problematic on the basis that some people described above - there's a direct harm to that speech, that harm is obvious and brutal, and protecting this form of speech protects that harm.
