We're nearly halfway through the final season. So why does Dexter feel like business as usual?
By James Hibberd @ EW

The good news: We've escaped the muddled Brain Surgeon storyline! He's apparently dead as Trinity after Sunday's "This Little Piggy" episode.

The not-great news: The episode was otherwise pretty sleepy, and a new murder case was introduced that looks right out of a CBS murder-of-the-week crime procedural.

So I'm going to say it: Five episodes into Dexter's final season, it feels like we're killing time before the dramatic fireworks that we assume/hope...

The brain surgeon revealed (again!), a new cop arrives, and Dex decides to quit
By James Hibberd @ EW

Argentina, huh? Dexter is going to quit his job at Miami Metro, and run off to Argentina with Hannah and Harrison (after politely giving two weeks notice, of course). But first he's going to risk all of that to kill the brain surgeon, whose identity was finally REALLY revealed, to avenge the murder of his dear longtime friend Zach Hamilton. Hmm.

Here's 11 things we learned on Dexter this week:

1. Dexter loves Hannah! Hannah loves Dexter!: We start with the killers...

Dex and Deb get a crash course in extreme therapy: Here's 8 things we learned
By James Hibberd @ EW

This week Dr. Vogel continued to work her dark creepy magic on Dexter and Debra, trying to get them to accept their past deeds and feel generally okay about mercilessly killing people. The episode, aptly titled "Scar Tissue," is basically one big therapy session, climaxing with Debra taking her treatment into her own hands and Dexter having a breakthrough while trying to murder The Brain Surgeon.

With our Comic-Con coverage on the front burner this weekend (here's...

It certainty shocked me! I mean at first when Dexter finally caught Trinity I was so happy! Finally Trinity was going to get his comeuppance! Dexter sure gave it to him. I Cinta how he used a hammer!Knowing the series I was highly suspicious of this "fairy-tale ending" I had this nervous feeling that something was gonna happen to Dexter something BIG.When it finally did happen I WAS BLOWN AWAY! I mean I could NOT believe that the show's creators could do that to Dexter! Now the soalan remains. What will Dexter do now? Will he abandon his family atau will he be able to become a single dad, and forsake his Dark Passenger forever? I think Dexter will be a good single dad, but I don't know if can entirely give up his murderous ways. Not after what happened to Rita. I think he will DEFIANTLY keep killing. It's the only way he knows how to cope with such an ordeal. It's his only solution for him to keep his "mask" in place. If he doesn't he may very well loose everything.

Dex and Hannah take a wild road trip and a serial killer from the past returns to claim another victim
By James Hibberd @ EW

Better? Better. Sunday's Dexter episode was better than baru-baru ini hours. Zach Hamilton got a personality transplant, Dex bared his booty, and a serial killer who we thought/hoped was dead returned.

This week's episode is titled "Are We There Yet." Some peminat-peminat have been saying exactly that about the tunjuk in baru-baru ini weeks. And the first half was likewise pretty sleepy. Then four killer characters came together and Dexter got a pulse. Here's 11 things...

Dr. Vogel creeps on Dex while Debra's proves she's not done killing
By James Hibberd @ EW

And we pick up where we left off: Creepy brain-shrink Vogel revealing to to Dexter that she knows his deepest and darkest.

We see her 1980s-era videotaped interview with Dex's dad. Harry is explaining that his stabby son wanted to see a murder scene, so he snuck Dex onto one and he found it lebih fun than a water park and roller-coaster park combined.

Harry is wound so tight that he wears his baju buttoned to the bahagian, atas with a tie even while confessing his parenting issues, no acid-watched...

The series closes with a surprisingly lovely, bold and moving hour. Here's what 'Remember the Monsters?' got right and wrong
By James Hibberd @ EW

The rumored leaks were wrong about the ending. That's the good news.

The series finale was the best Dexter episode in years. That's the great news.

It was also one of the strangest episodes in the show's history.

Sunday's jam was grounded, sober, heart-felt, intense and focused. There were no irrelevant subplots. There was hardly any Dex voiceover. No silly Ghost Harry. The musical score was prominent and engaging. The...

Dex races to prevent Deb from confessing to murder as Quinn seems like a lousy student
By James Hibberd at EW

"Vogel's the killer" was the highest-rated komen on last week's Dexter recap. Many seemed pretty sure of that. Now, though ... apparently not. Unless whoever is leaving those gory gifts on Dr. Vogel's doorstep is somehow operating under her puppet-master-like control. I don't think so. Vogel is hiding a secret, I suspect, but she's not The Brain Surgeon.

Daddy Dex wakes to find Harrison covered in blood, an echo of his own serial killer birth. Turns out...

Last week's big cliffhanger is jettisoned, while Hannah McKay sends Dexter into a confused tailspin
By James Hibberd @ EW

Before recapping this week's episode, we're going to spend this entire page and then some on how Dexter resolved last week's big cliffhanger. Because Dexter peminat-peminat got robbed.

Hannah McKay made her dramatic return last week, poisoning Dexter and Debra into unconsciousness in the show's final minute. Muahhaaha! What a cliffhanger! So what happened next? Did she kill them? Torture them? Put them into a cube maze with each room having a nefarious trap?...

A major character takes a hit as 'Dexter' unveils its penultimate episode
By James Hibberd @ EW

This is very nearly IT. The penultimate Dexter. And yes, stuff happened. One death. One potentially fatal wound. Two big therapeutic breakthroughs for Dex. It was a major episode, though it lacked tension for its first half and there were a few big plot holes for nitpickers to jeer at.

We start with Dexter at Vogel's place, washing up after Saxon killed her last week and trashing evidence of his dad's sessions with her. "I never imagined the last homicide I'd work would...

Dexter all hyped up to kill Freebo
Dexter all hyped up to kill Freebo
Dexter has so many facets to his character. The producers of this great tunjuk spend alot of time developing how we as the audience see Dexter. How many actual serial killers do anda hope will get away with their crimes? Every sunday night for near three years now I find myself feeling a confusing sense of guilt for sincerely wishing Dexter keeps murdering and not getting caught. Does this make me a horribly nasty evil person? I don't know, but I do know this is good evidence the writers and producers of Dexter are doing their job and they're doing their job well.

This weeks episode is titled "Finding...

Just watched Dexter last night. Is it just me, atau are there way too many loopholes in the plot this season? Amidst moments of brilliance, there are times in the tunjuk when Dexter's behavior is inexplicable. The Dexter from seasons 1 & 2 would have dumped little Travis Marshall pieces into the drink sejak now. Yet time and again Travis seems to be getting off the hook...as if the writers are going out of their way to hammer it into our heads that Gellar is in Travis' head.

Could it be lebih obvious?? Unless this season is going to pack the biggest punch in TV history, I don't see this season...

ENTERTAINMENT WEEKLY: This episode was really unlike any we’ve seen on the tunjuk before. How much time and money was put into this jam compared to a typical week?
SCOTT BUCK: It was considerably more. There were a lot of visual effects that are very costly and then to go out and shoot in Astoria added to our price tag. But it was our final episode and Showtime was very accommodating. Our normal eight days of production became 10 days.

Before the season started, anda berkata the core idea behind this finale has been in the works for years. What was the original concept?

Well Im kinda new here, Im argentinian so here tomorrow is the pratonton of the 3º season so imagine how upset Im am. Anyway I Cinta Dexter I think its one of the best tunjuk I've ever seen. When Michael C. Hall won a golden globe I keep the newspaper and I stik it in the dinding of my bedroom. My Friends doesn't see Dexter, they don't even know him. So I see Dexter alone. I remember when I was all the week waiting to the wednesday so I could see Dexter and then Desesperate Housewifes. Dexter was really important for me it was one of the best shows and I want to read the buku but I can't obtain them. One hari my daddy told me that Dexter has Cancer I don't believe him. Then I found out that was truth and I was really sad. So I just want to know if he is ok maybe cause anda are northamerican anda know something.

PS: Don't post any komen of the 3,4 atau 5 season cause I didn't saw them
