Well I love Dumbo and Lady and the Tramp, and neither of those movies have real villains.

villain is not the only thing that can create a conflict. If you watch a movie like Wolf Children, there is no antagonist. The struggle is a single mother trying to raise her wolfchildren. The movie is AMAZING, even with no villains. So a conflict is created in the story. I think Dumbo might be an example(but I have not seen it for a long time) I think Disney needs more of these.
