Also Elsa. This is a woman who REFUSED to do anything BUT what she had been doing, which she KNEW wasn't working, but kept refusing help and kept trying to do it anyway. Yes, Elsa. Lock yourself away, refuse help from your sister, and keep chanting to yourself, "Conceal, don't feel." It hasn't worked in 13 years, but maybe this time it will.
