Aladdin would spend all his time giving to a girl who's only thinking about #1 (unless he's in mortal peril), and who's not clever enough for him besides. He might have fallen for Jasmine's beauty, but he also found that she was as clever and resourceful as him.

Even though I don't like them as people, I think Ariel and Eric are definitely suited for each other because they're both beautiful, shallow, and dumb as posts. They're mutually attracted by their looks alone and don't have anything intelligent to talk about because there's no need to talk or think with them.
