EmaSomolanyiova picked melati, melati, jasmine:
9. Cinderella
10. Snow White
11. Aurora

I did see this coming because the Classic princesses aren't supposed to be the ones that change.
Feel free to vote for the princess who has changed the least. The deadline is tomorrow.

Like before, I feel like Jas doesn't change at all. My next choice would be Ariel.

anukriti2409 picked melati, melati, jasmine:
she doesn't have any learning arc. She stays who she is and what she was throughout the film. The only thing that i saw was a bit of more tolerance in the end, towards agreeing to Aladdin that she understands if he can't wish for being a prince.

LittleGoldie picked Ariel:
I know that Ariel is well-liked on Fanpop, so I don't want to Ariel-bash, but I just don't think she changes at all. She wants something (to be human. She did NOT "just want a man".), she gets what she wants, it goes wrong, it gets fixed by someone else, she gets what she wants anyway, the end. She doesn't learn anything from losing her voice or from Ursula almost winning. Just because things go wrong, it doesn't mean she learns something. She apologises once, but it lasts 5 seconds and doesn't sound very sincere. She just doesn't have much development. I like Ariel fine, but she doesn't learn anything.
My other choice would probably have been Jasmine, even though she's one of my favourite princesses. She also doesn't have much of a learning arc, and doesn't really change throughout the film. But that can be attributed to the fact that the film isn't really about her - it's CALLED "Aladdin" - so she doesn't really get the character development that Aladdin does. I picked Ariel over Jasmine because Jasmine isn't the main character in "Aladdin", so she has a reason for not having as much development. Ariel is the main character in The Little Mermaid. I just feel like she should have been developed more than she was.

wavesurf picked Merida:
The one who did the changing in Brave was Elinor. I'm sorry, but in the end, Merida's viewpoint was "upheld" by her mother producing no change in Merida.

And as for sincerity, I do find Merida's tears, distress, and sorrow less convincing overall. When compared to Mulan's, Pocahontas's, and Ariel's personalities and decisions, the thing Merida lacks is emotional intelligence. The others have it in spades. Based on her actions in the movie, Merida's sincerity and apology is not convincing.

Merida simply turns her mother into a bear, turns her mother back, and gets what she wanted all along.

MalloMar picked Belle:
Belle's the one who changes everyone else, while she remains, for the most part, the same character from beginning to end.
