I think most of them would succeed, but I have little faith in Jasmine. At the start of the movie, she knows little about the outside world (not her fault, of course). I don't know if she'd be resourceful enough to make the journey.

honestly I think the only ones most likely to get the heart back to Te Fiti are Ariel and Elsa. Ariel because she can easily swim there and Elsa because all she'd need to do is freeze the water and just walk lol

If she's afraid, then she won't manage to do it.

Also either Snow, Belle or Jasmine. They get scared quickly or give up easily without needing someone else's help.
