No because then kids wont wanna lose weight because of the princess and thats bad for their health.Im not saying for all kids to be skinny just dont encourage them to stay overweight.

It depends what you mean by overweight. If you mean a little chubby/a bigger bone structure, then yeah. I wouldn't mind a plus-sized princess. But I wouldn't want a princess who is fat or even obese because of a bad diet and a bad lifestyle.

No, but I wouldn't mind a Princess that was more voluptuous.

I think it'd be a good idea. Voluptuous is a better term (thanks DreamyGal). Everybody has a different body type, and not everybody is going to stick-thin (which I actually don't find very attractive, I prefer curvy girls). Although I love the princesses, their body images are completely unrealistic (yes I'm aware it's a cartoon, but have you seen Jasmine? Her neck and waist are the same width!) I think adding a princess with a different body type other than thin would be beneficial and make the lineup a little more interesting. I guess they said Tiana was supposed to have a little more meat on her bones, per request of Anika Noni Rose, yet I think she looks exactly the same as all the other princesses, does anybody else think so?

Or at least medium. All of the princesses so far are super-skinny. Pocahontas is probably the thickest. It would be a nice change to have someone with bigger bones.

Well, I guess overweight as in unhealthy would be a no. I'm just tired of little girls feeling bad about themselves, and the media isn't helping. -Shrugs-

In Disney terms, overweight means a slight amount of body fat. I would rather my child have a little meat on their bones than look like either Ariel or Jasmine, who probably couldn't fit all their organs in them.
