Oh definitely! She is such a complex character, always interesting and new ^^ Her personality/character is simply memorable.
Anna on the other hand, very one layered during the whole movie and very boring.

I always think Anna has better personality than Jasmine. Never really like her, uh.

audreygrace412 picked Anna:
Even though most of the people in Arendelle had never seen Anna, they were still somehow taken by her and very loyal to her, worrying greatly about her safety when she left to get Elsa back. She was not very socially gracious yet she still was able to win over the loyalty and admiration of her people, Kristoff, Olaf and Sven just by being herself without trying. Jasmine won over Aladdin immediately with just her beauty not personality and didn't inspire admiration or loyalty in anyone who wasn't related to her or her pet.

^thank you for your detailed input. But here's my counter argument on your points.
1. Kristoff helped Anna because she offered him what he couldn't afford himself. He saw the benefit in the deal. Later on, i agree he had become drawn to her. Sven is a pet animal, they are usually loving in nature by themselves. Olaf is a magical creature, and he admitted that he liked warm hugs, meaning he loved meeting new people. He was equally taken by Sven and Kristoff.
2. People of Arendelle seemed loyal more towards kingdom than Anna in particular. They were looking forward to good time after a long lull that had befallen the kingdom post king and queen's death.
Having said that, it's not to say she didn't have any charisma but it's more towards soft affection.

For Jasmine, I beg to differ that Aladdin was charmed by her beauty solely. He saw her first in the marketplace, we he hardly could see her. He was just fascinated by her demure and mannerism in rude place like marketplace. Plus he was also dumbfounded when she could take a leap off the rooftop so easily, and he could really talk to her despite her being a stranger. She deliberately didn't charm anyone because she didn't find anyone worth it. But she has an intelligent mind, an athletic body and gorgeous beauty to bind an unforgettable charm around her.
