When Nobita feels like diving in his hometown, Doraemon uses Underwater pam Simulator (架空水面シミュレーター・ポンプ?) to pam all the water to fill up water. That night, Doraemon and Nobita use a Diving Mask Simulator to dive underwater. Later on, lots of fish, and a yu, ikan jerung attack Doraemon and his friends. So, Doraemon puts a stop on the Underwater pam Simulator, but there is a girl named Sophia, lay down on the bushes in his town.

PLOT------
Nobita protected a dinosaur from hunters from the future who wanted to kill it and sent it to the past. Because of an error, Nobita and his Friends came back to the past sejak the time machine and moved the dinosaur from North America to Japan. They the met the hunters and ran away. However, the dinosaur with Nobita and his Friends was caught. The Tyrannosaurus and universe-police helped them and gave the dinosaur freedom and let it roam in nature. Nobita and his Friends come back to the 20th century.
