My Princess was in a coma?

Thirty minit after the surgery she was still not responding.
All of our Friends cam in and brought "congrats" and "baby girl" and "baby boy" baloons,but unfortunately for Courtney there were "get well" baloons too.
I was left alone,and cried into her chest.
"So,are anda leaving me?"
Her heartbeat got slower and slower.
"You can't leave!You have kids now!You don't want them to remember anda sejak stories do anda do?"
Courtney's heartbeat got even slower.
"Listen...I really loved you...all this time....and I hope anda always know that."
I cried even harder,and anda could hardly understand me.
"Princess anda were my everything!My life!I don't want anda to leave!I will always Cinta you,no matter what!Even if...even if anda decide to leave me."
I continued sadly,mourning.
"But the woman I fell in Cinta with never gave up Princess!N-e-v-e-r.Never.I can't live without anda Courtney!I really can't!You know how much anda mean to me,you know that you're the one who taught me to Cinta again.I couldn't beieve I had loved someone as sweet,and driven,and focused as you,but I did and I fell hard Court.Hard."
Her hearbeat flatlined,and I bawled into her chest.
"Why are anda crying?"
I heard a soft voice ask.
Someone's fingers ran through my hair.
I looked up to see Courtney smiling at me.
"PRINCESS!YOU'RE ALIVE!YOU WOKE UP!"
I hugged her and kissed her.
"Oh I fell asleep?Weird."
She berkata somewhat happily.
"What happened Duncan?"
Courtney asked curiously.
"No.I don't remember.All I remember is being in Playa Des Losers and getting hit in the head sejak a coconut."
She had amnesia?
"Kidding,kidding.Why am I here though?And why do I feel a weird tug on my stomach?"
Courtney meant the stitches.
"You went into labor babe."
I told her calmly,kissing and holding her.
"Ohh...I do remember."
She turned away angrily.
"What's wrong?"
"I remember me screaming and crying,as anda hesistated to save me."
She berkata with a pout.
"Ummm....well yeah but....you were fi-"
"Save it Duncan.I'm not in the mood for you.How many...how many kids were there?"
"Five."
"FIVE!OHYOUGOTTABEFREAKINGKIDDIN'ME!"
Courtney yelled in a run on sentance.
"Okay,what is the explaination for this?"
She asked madly and curiously simultaneously.
"The doctor berkata it was a rare condition where one baby's cells are so fragile,that they perpecahan, berpecah into others and grow seperately."
I told her nervously.
"Um....okay.We can handle one child,we can handle two,but the others....have to go up for adoption."
Courtney berkata this with no feeling.With no emotion!Her words were empty,and I stared mouth agape and eyes wide.
"Courtney do anda even remember them?"
"No.Only the first two.But I know we can't handle this Duncan!"
I felt a deep sense of sorrow well inside me.
"Just look at all of them Courtney."
"No I-"
"They're your children just give them a saat chance!"
I hissed angrily while handing Courtney our third baby,Luna.
Luna was a gorgeos child,and had brown curly hair.Many whisps laid on her head in beautiful sprigs,and she had big brown eyes.Her skin was a light mocha,and she was one of the most beautiful Bayi that I had ever seen.
Courtne furiously accepted the baby and looked down upset.As soon as she looked into the beautiful eyes of Luna,her face's expression changed to a soft smile.
"She's so beautiful."
Courtney whispered.
She looked at me,her eyes bright.
"I Cinta you."
I mouthed with a smile.
"Mmmm...not as much as I do."
She teased with a little kiss.
"So can I see the others?"
I handed her our other girl and boy.
"Ohhh...so what are their names?"
She asked curiously.
"What do anda mean?We didn't pick yet."
"We?I thought anda would name them yourself!"
"Um...no I figured since anda had to spit them out that-"
Courtney kissed me sweetly.
"He's Duncan Jr.The girl will be Artemis."
I opened my mouth to object at the name of Duncan,but I gave Courtney her moment.
"When can we go home."
"Whenever anda like."
