Yes there is away, dont start the Quest for whiterun where anda have to kill the dragon at the tower sejak whiterun. there anda go anda can do what ever anda want, so they cant bother you

well there is many Quests Im level 45 I just dont feel like doing the quest I did beat it before with my other profil
