If anda receive a Fanatic medal, do anda have lebih access in that club?

There is a spot that the peminat-peminat want to change the banner, icon, and caption on, but the owner hasn't been on in 6 months, and is probably done with Fanpop. If a user is a Fanatic, would they be able to sunting the spot?
