can a dedicated medal change to a fanatic medal?

i've earned a dedicated medal i guess because of the contributing and stuff i was just wondering if anda get like lebih papar now on pics can it change to a die hard peminat atau fanatic atau will it stay dedicatedfan ( hope this makes sense) pujian for everyone who jawapan :)
