I don't know, but I'm sure anda can make one anytime. All anda have to do is go to fanpop's homepage and click "create a club" which I think is below the pop kuiz question.
As soon as anda are registered on the site.... Go click the Fanpop Logo and scroll down the page to where it says create a club... I have made a club as soon as I was registered, there is no waiting period and all the waiting nonsense is just confusing.

Why are there so many "I can't make a club" type soalan and komen-komen here, then? Even when anda give step sejak step instructions to those new members, they can't make one.
