Internet Explorer keeps menunjukkan Fanpop like this with Japanese.

An it doesn't let me add stuff. I needed to use Google Chrome to post this. How do I fix it?

anda should only select the language anda want to use on Fanpop selecting it from the senarai at the bottom of the page, that should resolve your problem :)

Down at the site of Fanpop anda can find the languages and then change back to the language anda want to. (BTW anda got it in Arabic language, not Japanese :)
