It's on the bahagian, atas of Fanpop's utama page. If it doesn't appear for you, this means that anda haven't been a Fanpop member for long enough, and anda have to wait a few months before you're allowed to make any new Kelab (this is supposed to stop people from making irrelevant atau duplicate clubs, but it doesn't work).
