Yes it's down for a bit. The my updates page is still available though, just click on the link which takes you to another page per Snerkie's recommendation. If you need to, you can always bookmark your updates page to head straight to it.

We hope to have the my updates module problem resolved on the profile page, but I unfortunately have no estimate for you at this time.
