Why does it say that?

Basically this will be a collection of all the picks asking "HOW DO I- insert basic function here ?" (usually with the options IDK and PLZ tell me in commentz) and my short answer to these inquiries. Now that we have the new jawapan feature they are usually telah diposkan as an answer request but still repeated endlessly.
I usually lapor these kind of picks/answers and they get deleted as they are effectively spam. The drawback is: all information users leave in the komen-komen is lost.

One thing that's becoming lebih and lebih prominent as time goes on, is that people online don't feel the need to use good grammar and spelling. Now, despite the fact that when on IM atau whatevs, it's really fine to use all of these little abbreviations like "jk" "lol" "atm" etc. etc. etc. Before I get any farther into this uncontrolled rant, let me just say that I do use some internet slang. Most of this, however, are words that I make up. So, whatevs, deelie, yuppers, wazhappenin, etc. etc. etc. I'm not one to use mainstream slang other than "lol" because there is NO replacement for LOL. No,...

Ok, now I know that there are other artikel-artikel out there about keeping Fanpop clean in terms of language and being appropriate but it is obviously not enough seeing as people continue to ignore it.

I am not sejak any means trying to be rude atau bossy. I am not your mother. My goal in Penulisan this is hopefully a common one among Fanpop users, to make Fanpop a joyful place for all users.

Okay, for the past two months I have steadily grown addicted to this website. Maybe it's all the free time I have these days, atau maybe it's just I have an addictive personaily. It could of course be that this website is pure brilliance and I constantly think about it. Does that make me sad? No way! Because I can bet I'm not the only one. So here's a checklist of how to know when you've crossed the line between fanpop-addict, and totally-crazy. :)

Today marks our 1-year anniversary of launching the Fanpop public beta! That's right folks, it was one tahun lalu today that we pressed the button and unveiled Fanpop to the world wide web. And since then, we've had millions and millions of people come to the site. It's been great because we've gotten to know so many of anda through the community. I felt like Penulisan about the constant reposting of ikon-ikon from livejournal, because I have become a very active lj user in the past months and I know of many lj people who are annoyed as hell to see their ikon-ikon telah diposkan here.

First of all I'd like to say that I did it too. Yes, I took ikon-ikon that were telah diposkan on livejournal and telah diposkan them here with credit.
Now anda might say: Okay, but if people credit them, why is there a problem? It's not as if the lj people own the original pictures they icon.
This is of course true, but I think it is lebih about respect and being polite.

To like atau not to like? That is the question.

Earlier tonight, the ratings system of Fanpop experienced a massive overhaul. No longer can anda rate content on a scale of one to five (ala YouTube), but if anda like content, anda can "like" it (ala Facebook), atau "be a fan" of it.

Dave gave a very good, logical explanation for the change to help assuage some fears and answer some questions:

Re-reading the various artikel-artikel about promoting Kelab on Fanpop, it occurred to me that some fairly basic ideas were missing for promoting the Kelab anda like (not just the ones anda create, but any Kelab anda enjoy).

Many of the sebelumnya etiquette artikel-artikel and forum threads have described things to avoid in promoting a club, as well as suggestions for things to do. For once, I'm not going to rant about undesirable behavior (that's the plan, anyway), but just keep the focus on other things peminat-peminat can try to promote their kegemaran clubs.
