I think it would be nice to have the option for those people who would choose to use it!

I can tell too much about me already, and I already have trouble filling it up already.

How else am I supposed to keep this air of mystery and intrigue about me? Yoda dog will use his jedi mind tricks to make you think I am suave, cool and awesome! =P

I would suggest that one use the fanpop users spot and write an article about oneself if wanting to share background and tastes with other users. One then could provide a link to that in the profile (as one of the three web site URLs). That way it's voluntary and it doesn't take up space with blanks for people who don't use it (as we see so often on sites like MySpace).

But that's just my idea.

i always thought it was kinda weird that you couldn`t list your fave t.v. shows but you could list movies =P

I haven't got much stuff to put on my profile. I think music would be annoying as hell because people who don't like the music would spend about 20 seconds trying to find the off button; and it's very myspacey or whatever...which I hate =(

I think a small bit of space for fave quotes or something maybe...

But man. NO music on profiles, please! Lots of us are playing our own CDs on the comp8uter while browsing and forced music from profiles really screws that up... it is why I am not as active on MySpace as I might otherwise be.

What you all contribute to Fanpop is more important than your favorite spice girl ;)

I am constantly amazed at the energy you all put into the spots and the quality of the community we build together. That is the main thing!

I like it as is to be honest, I think you get to know people a lot better by their comments and personal messages than reading a profile.

More to know, maybe customizable backgrounds? Just pictures? and the rest stays the same? Maybe? that would be cool.

Actually, the reason I put a link to my Fanpop page over on Tumblr was for people who wanted to know more about me. If they want to learn things about me, all they have to do is go onto my Fanpop page and see which spots I am a member of.

If it's not clear enough, they can always stalk my comments and answers to picks.

I think there's more information about myself on Fanpop than there is anywhere else on the internet. I generally associate myself with the things I enjoy, so Fanpop's perfect for me to express myself.
