yeah there was talk of this in users...though i thought it was a forum..lemme search for it in a sec. right now im trying to get the reporting on "answers" fixed!! *writes elaborate PM to the F4*
oh and harold: dont tell me to use the "contact us" I did that aboot 23748 times and when i PMed Michael directly he said he wasnt aware of the problem. so much for doing this the right way....

Yeah, I suspect that the staff doesn't have or isn't using an issue tracker the way it should for a site this large. Posting that to the suggestions and ideas forum thread, since most of the staff members have that favorited.

yep- going slightly off topic here: i finally decided to PM michael (because i wasnt sure of what to do to be helpful: reporting every single one and thus spamming the feed even more or letting them work it out) but i feel thats always a last resort. but whaddaya know, it was the right thing to do. he did say there were hundreds of requests a day submitted via the contact thingy..i guess its something that hasnt been an issue until now. i have no idea what a tracker is but im sure its something terribly useful. is it something that you can look into and see how your report is doing?should we take this to link *salutes*
